In Herricks Public Schools, we believe in nurturing young minds through a rich and engaging curriculum designed to inspire a lifelong love of learning. Elementary Curriculum Program: Our comprehensive curriculum covers core subjects including Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies, all aligned with state standards. We emphasize hands-on learning and integrate technology to enhance the educational experience.
Project Lead the Way (PLTW): We are proud to offer Project Lead the Way, a nationally recognized STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) program. PLTW empowers students to develop problem-solving skills, think critically, and engage in collaborative projects. Through PLTW, students explore robotics, coding, engineering principles, and more, laying a strong foundation for future academic and career success.
Gemini Program: Our Gemini Program provides an accelerated learning path for gifted and talented students. This program challenges students with advanced coursework and opportunities for deeper exploration of subjects.
